Started practicing yoga when she was 21. Certified Yoga teacher, AcroYoga Level 2 teacher and Thai Massage practitioner studied with Krishna Takis and Pau Castellsagué. Special education teacher with a specialization on Waldorf Pedagogy and yoga kids teacher certified with Micheline Flak, EURYE.
Has been teaching adults and children yoga classes since 2005. Offering Kids Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2010, Family AcroYoga Teacher Trainings since 2016, Facilitator in the teaching team on AcroYoga International Teacher Trainings since 2015 and offering Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2018.
Co-founder of Omshanti Yoga Studio, Barcelona Yoga Conference, Barcelona Acrobatic Convention, Festival AcroYoga Barcelona and Yoga Teacher Training Omshanti.
